CQP Glass Operator Training – VBSA & MOBIPOLIS Partnership
VBSA is an authorized MOBIPOLIS training center for the CQP Glass Operator program, a professional qualification recognized by the automotive sector and validated by an ANFA jury.
This 7.5-day (52.5-hour) course provides all the practical and commercial skills needed to work as an automotive glass operator: customer reception, diagnosis, glass repair and replacement, and additional sales.
Training objectives
At the end of the course, participants will be able to:

Welcome customers and create a trusting relationship.

Offer additional services and products related to glass operations.

Remove and refit removable glass with manual adjustments, in full safety.

Remove and refit bonded/inamovible glass with leak-tightness control.

Assess whether a glass can be repaired or must be replaced.

Repair a laminated windshield using appropriate tools, products and methods.
Course structure
Total duration: 7.5 days – 52.5 hours

Bonded glass replacement – 2 days

Non-bonded glass – 1 day

Laminated glass (windshield) repair – 1 day

Customer reception process – 1 day

Additional sales for glass services – 1 day

Skills block examination – 1 day

Online preparation session for the final jury (2 hours)

Final CQP examination before an ANFA jury (date set at class opening)
The recommended schedule alternates training weeks, in-company practice and final evaluation.
Locations
The training is delivered in several MOBIPOLIS centers in France:
Noisy-le-Sec, Illkirch-Graffenstaden, Carquefou, Saint-Priest, Pessac, Beauzelle and Brignoles.
