Des vitres teintées 100% légales, que dit le nouveau décret ?
•Le décret paru le 13/04/2016 réglemente à 70% la Transmission de Lumière Visible des vitres avant des véhicules.
•Ce taux correspond à la teinte maximum d'origine, sachant que les véhicules arrivent sur le marché avec une teinte comprise entre 88 et 70% et qu'il sera donc possible d'équiper les vitres avant avec des films teintés clairs.
• Les vitrages arrières ne sont pas concernés. Il est toujours possible de les teinter.
Le véhicule est équipé de vitres teintées non conformes à l’avant:
• Vous devez impérativement mettre le véhicule en conformité avec
• cette réglementation avant le 31/12/2016 et faire la dépose des films pour vitrage
• avant non conformes et, éventuellement, les faire remplacer par des films
• conformes. Le décret est rétroactif.
• Les automobilistes ont jusqu’au 1er janvier 2017 pour se mettre en conformité à leurs frais, que le véhicule soit neuf ou d’occasion. Au-delà de ce délai, les contrevenants seront redevables d’une amende de 135€ et se verront retirer 3 points sur leur permis de conduire à chaque infraction constatée.
•Ce décret s’applique à tous les véhicules, de tourisme et utilitaires, neufs et d’occasion.
