KIT SOUDURE PLASTIQUE PAR AZOTE COMPLET
Le soudage sous azote permet de conserver, et, dans certains cas, d’améliorer les propriétés mécaniques de l’élément réparé.
L’air oxyde tous les matériaux dans toutes techniques de soudage par fusion de matière. Le flux d’azote protège la zone de soudage de l’oxydation, en évitant
un vieillissement prématuré de la réparation, donc, d’un affaiblissement de la zone réparée, ayant pour conséquence la rupture.
Au delà de cette protection, l’azote évite l’inclusion des impuretés contenues dans l’air ambiant, ainsi que la formation de bulles d’air dans le bain de fusion.
Impuretés et bulles d’air sont les amorces de cassures lorsque la pièce réparée est soumise à forte sollicitation. Enfin l’azote supprime les fumées nocives de soudage.
Les propriétés de l’azote lors de la fusion des thermoplastiques sont connues depuis plusieurs années, et sont utilisées dans l’industrie pour différentes applications.
Trous – fissures-cassures-arrachement de matière -reconstruction de pattes et œillets de fixation de pare-chocs, sans surépaisseur gênant la remise en place de l’élément.
Réparer un élément plastique plutôt que le changer ou de le jeter participe à la protection de l’environnement, mais, est aussi une source de profit non négligeable.
Il n’est pas rare de trouver dans les bennes des pare-chocs dont les seuls défauts sont les pattes ou œillets de fixation arrachés ou cassés.
