Our MBS cartridge preservative will enable you to store and preserve your opened windscreen glue, sealant or silicone cartridges in a hermetically sealed, dry environment that avoids any chemical fumes.
How do I use it?
Nothing could be simpler:
- Insert the cartridge
- Then place a filter containing moisture-absorbing silica gel beads on top.
- Close it by screwing on a valve cap, then pumping out the air inside to create a slight vacuum.
- A final watertight protective cap is then fitted.
Every 40 uses or so, you need to reactivate the filter beads by microwaving the preservative until it turns orange again.
In the interests of sustainability and ecology, all the parts of our preservative are replaceable.
