The 503 HM LC is a next-generation polyurethane windshield adhesive, developed to enhance installation safety, application control, and workshop productivity, in direct response to professional demands.
Its denser and less fluid formulation provides excellent bead stability, preventing sagging even on large glass surfaces.
The adhesive offers outstanding hold during application, ensuring a clean, precise, and controlled installation.
Thanks to its high resistance to heat, the 503 HM LC adhesive is perfectly suited to today’s thermal constraints associated with modern vehicles, including ADAS systems and heated windshields.
Its fast curing time allows the vehicle to be safely returned to service after just 1 hour at 25°C and 53% relative humidity, fully airbag compliant, significantly reducing downtime.
